I’ve owned one gratitude journal and was not a fan, I think they make more of an impact when they are intentional. Instead of just “what are you grateful for?”
That makes sense, what’s likely is that there is no one size fits all gratitude journal. They’re going to have to be themed to the wants and needs of a person.
People interpret one question many ways, and can even get defensive over the question, where someone else would open themselves up to it.
Context is required to help a person feel open to guided journaling.
That’s where I’ll be interested in diving into: Contextual Journaling, and how someone can create their own contextual journals, rather than wait on okay one at Barnes & Noble.
